1.       Original Passport with at least 6 months validity and minimum 3 blank pages + all old passports if any.

2.       Printout of your form DS 160 confirmation;

3.       Appointment letter confirmation;

4.       US Visa Fee Payment Receipt.

5.       2 recent colour photographs.

6.       Cover letter.

7.       Updated Bank Statement

8.       Income Tax Returns / Form 16 for last 3 years;
